firstrun([quiet, workingdir, cloudy_version])	Runs 'check_cloudy()' and 'make_workingdir()'.
make_workingdir([workingdir, quiet])	Checks if the SUNBATHER_PROJECT_PATH environment variable has been set and asks for input if not.
